1. Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following items are non-returnable:
Custom-cut carpets or made-to-measure flooring.
Items that have been installed or used.
Clearance or final sale items.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
